The End of the Journey in Sight

It's Sunday morning in Beckenham and I am enjoying a slow morning at Sal and Phil Baker's home with My Love. Phil should be starting breakfast soon! Last night I had a soak in their bath. It was heaven! Then, we all sat on their soft and beautiful Turkish rug and chowed down on pizza and beer. It was a cozy evening with what feel like old friends. It was just the thing after the intensity and energy of the ride.

My Love and I will be leaving soon. We'll grab a train and head for Heathrow early this afternoon. I'm going to miss being here, but I am coming home with so much more. And I'm going to share it all with you.

See you soon!

I miss you so much!

I just caught up on your blog and the Amazon Heart blog.

You made me so homesick with all the places I read about.

And by the time I see you, you'll have told all your stories so many times! Will you still want to tell them to me? Please?

I'm in a conference room in Vienna. I miss you to pieces and I'm lonesome as anything!

Hi Tracy - just read the blog for the first time. I know exactly where you're coming from girl. What an awesome 7 days we just had. It was a real privilidge to meet you and Jeff, even if you did spend some days telling Brit motorists and bikers where to go! I'm looking forward to pizza on your rug!

Be well - love and hugs to you

Sal

T. you are an amazing woman! Happy belated 40th! Sounds like one hell of a trip. Can't wait to hear about the trip in person. Are you still soaking your bum? A journey like that has got to be tough on the backside! Hope you got pictures of Nessie!
